International Exchange

　　With the opening-up of international relations, WIPE has placed great importance on academic cooperation and exchange worldwide. To date, cooperation relationships have been established with more than 20 foreign educational and sports institutions, including Ball State University, Springfield College, University of Delaware and University of Hawail (all in the United States); the Shaolin Boxing Association in Japan; and the Hanoi Sports Committee in Vietnam; as well as, the Minxin institute of Technology in Taiwan, Taiwan’s Boating Association and the Hong Kong Sports institute. All of this has resulted in frequent exchange visits, lectures and competitions.

　　In the last five years, some 550 visitors have come to WIPE to lecture, for sports competition and on scientific research. This institute has sent over 600 faculty and students abroad for study, research and competition. Through cooperation and exchange, WIPE has improved its education, research and training programs, as well as, greatly enhanced its standing nationwide and worldwide.
